To help you shop with confidence, we have extended our change of mind returns period to 60 days for any purchases made between November 11 and December 24.

Any unwanted items that meet our return conditions can be returned by mail using our Online Returns Portal.

Please note that refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

If the recipient prefers a different style, color, or size, a new order will need to be placed.

We will make every effort to ensure timely delivery. However, the quoted timeframes are approximate and may vary due to high demand, delivery location, or other factors beyond our control.

Express Delivery is our standard delivery service, free on orders over $100, and charged at $12 on orders under $100. 

Our Australian Team aim to pack your order within 1 business day.

Once packed, orders are delivered using DHL, parcels are delivered to most addresses within 2-6 business days of being dispatched.

Orders are packed daily, Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

DO I NEED TO BE HOME FOR MY DELIVERY?
No, you do not need to be home to accept delivery as all orders are placed with Authority to Leave (ATL) selected by default. 

Meaning the courier will not require a signature for delivery, and will leave the parcel in a safe place. You agree that the parcel is deemed delivered when left at your address.

We deliver to most American addresses and PO boxes.
