WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
The following terms and conditions are applicable for all change of mind returns. Please also choose carefully when purchasing the following merchandise as we will not accept returns for change of mind or exchanges for the following items due to our Health & Hygiene Policy (unless the item is faulty).
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, we're happy to accept all returns, provided our three return conditions are met.
- Item(s) were purchased within the last 30 days and proof of purchase can be provided
- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise undamaged with original tags attached
- Item(s) were not marked ‘FINAL SALE’ at the time of purchase
Please choose carefully when purchasing the following merchandise as we will not accept returns for change of mind or exchanges for the following items due to our Health & Hygiene Policy (unless the item is faulty):
- Underwear and any items without a hygiene seal (for example swimwear bikini bottoms and one-pieces);
- Cosmetics, makeup and any beauty products or tools;
- Headwear;
- Jewellery;
RETURN BY POST
Items purchased online can be returned online via post.

FAULTY ITEMS
If you think you have received an item presented with a manufacturing fault, please contact our customer support team for more information and assistance.
REFUNDS
Please allow approximately 7-10 business days for processing from the time the return reaches our warehouse. Additional processing delays may occur during peak and busy time periods.
You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder).

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
You will be refunded according to your original payment method within 2-5 business days* of your return being processed:
Debit or credit card
Your refund will reflect in your account within 2-5 business days of your return being processed.
PayPal
We will initiate your refund, and PayPal will be in touch once they have finalised your refund.
Afterpay
When your refund is processed, Afterpay will send you an email and make the necessary adjustments to your payment schedule.
Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for refund processing over sales periods and public holidays.

CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM?
You are most welcome to return a sale item, as long as it meets our return conditions.
Even if your item was purchased at a sale price, you are welcome to return and receive a full refund for the price paid.
However please note any item(s) marked as "FINAL SALE" at the time of purchase can not be refunded or exchanged.

DO I NEED TO PAY FOR RETURNS POSTAGE?
You are responsible for any costs associated with returning your order.

HOW DO I PACKAGE MY RETURN?
If you're returning an item via post, please make sure the original packaging is undamaged. Satchels can be purchased at the Post Office. Alternatively, the original mailer or a reusable shopping bag can be turned inside out.

Note: For shoes, do not use the shoebox as an external postage box, we require the original shoebox, unmarked and in its original condition.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?
Unfortunately, we aren't able to facilitate online exchanges. All items returned back to our returns facility will be processed for a full refund only once your items have been assessed.
If you are wanting to size down or up, we recommend returning your item for a full refund and repurchasing the desired size in a new order.
